I came back from lunch all ready to post a link to that article, just to discover that you did it first! (And to discover that Grant had linked to a recording to the speech as well.)

It's a great speech. Just reading the transcript I could tell how much passion Moyers has for what journalism really should be.

The question is, how do we get the message out to the public (which overwhelmingly feels that PBS is fair and balanced) that the CPB is putting this sort of pressure on PBS? Obviously we are trying to do that here with this blog (sharing this info at least with our audience) but what about the public at large? I'm at a loss. I guess there are always letters to the editor... anyone interested in getting together at a pub or coffee shop to write some letters? Other than that I don't have any ideas.
