Um.

Why is this not bigger news?

Having read this several days ago, I was all a'giggle waiting for it to develop into a high profile news story this week, the Rove questioning be damned. It seems no insignificant finding that the leader of the world's foremost superpower skips around the globe assuring other leaders that he makes policy choices based upon conversations with the voices in his head.

I mean, haven't you people seen Real Genius?

But I'm just not surprised.

I will admit, and perhaps this is a problem, I have a hard time getting all riled up about things like this any more. It still makes me angry, and it doesn't change my opinion, or make me more likely to vote Republican, or anything like that. But it's hard to get all riled up over something that just, sadly, confirms something that I have always suspected.

However, that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be picked up by the mainstream news media.

The truth is that it's just more of the same. After awhile you just become apathetic. You wonder how much worse it could get and then you're shown exactly how worse it could be. Those whose hands pull the strings of the media won't make it a big deal.

This one is weird and scary. Rehearsing for interviews may be good to a point, but this is twisted. I was beside myself when I first heard it. It'll be nice when this catches up with them.
