About Me:
I grew up highly political in a un-political family. By age 8, I'd "voted" for Dukakis, by 18 I was a *really* conservative Republican/evengelical, but by 24 I was working on the Dean campaign. Now, I spend time developing technology to empower citizens.

Favorite Political Figure:
He's not well known. Raphael Lemkin, the Polish linguist who coined the word "genocide" and got the UN (after years of personal sacrifice) to pass its resolution against genocide. Dying shortly after it passed, Lemkin worked hard to prevent genocide.

Who I Want to Meet:
More soldiers who have been stationed for several tours of duty in Iraq; it is so important to understand their stories & experiences.

Political Figure I'd Most Like to Spend 15 Minutes With in a No-Holds-Barred Match with the Aide of a Lead Pipe:
Any political figure that says we should just "economically sanction" countries that commit genocide.
